Kate & Marcus’s Longlook Wedding

Congratulations to Katelyn and Marcus who celebrated their wedding on Saturday, August 6th surrounded with the love of family and friends. The sweetest couple who reside in Cumberland, RI made the trip up to the lakes region of NH for a fun-filled weekend. The location of their wedding was held on the grounds of The Longlook Farm in Sanbornton, New Hampshire. The amazing and talented wedding planner and officiant, Mrs. Sherri Collis led the ceremony for all to enjoy overlooking mountainous landscape . The weather was a sun-filled sky and the temperatures were record-breaking heat and humidity. Guests fanned themselves during the ceremony in attempts to form a small breeze of relief, while the bride and groom looked as cool as cucumbers knowing the day had finally arrived! After the new Mr. & Ms. Gibson were gleefully cheered on after their first kiss as husband and wife, the photographers promptly ushered all family, friends and wedding party to capture formals before the passing summer storm rolled in. With a few minutes to spare and gorgeous overcast skies, Kate and Marcus took advantage of the filtered light for a few couple captures on the picturesque grounds. Guests were then greeted in the air-conditioned barn for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and dinner service. Laughter and tears flooded the venue with unique parent dances and heartfelt speeches by family and friends. Afterwards, the newly married Mr. & Mrs. Gibson cut their cake and everyone joined them on the dance floor with the incredible Shawn Cullen, aka The Music Man who had the music pumping to get it hot all over again! What a blast and sendoff! An absolutely gorgeous and recently remodeled venue that was a perfect spot to say “ I Do” to your best friend.
